Running Courses for Beginners

Our beginner's running course is aimed at beginners and returning runners.

The aim of the course is for participants to be able to run at their own pace for 30 minutes without interruption at the end of the ten-week course.

In addition to the actual running, the course also teaches the basics of healthy and effective running.

We offer our running courses free of charge.
