We cordially invite you to the Ordinary General Meeting (Annual General Meeting) 2026. It will take place on Friday, 16 January 2026, starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Bürger- und Vereinshaus Föhren, Hauptstr. 1, 54343 Föhren.

We would like to be able to plan the General Meeting in advance. Therefore, please register or let us know if you are unable to attend.

General Information

The General Meeting has a quorum regardless of the number of members present. All members over the age of 16 are entitled to vote. Members over the age of 18 are eligible for election as members of the Executive Board. (§8)

Motions that are not listed on the agenda can only be voted on at the general meeting if these motions have been received in writing by the Executive Board of the Association at least one week before the meeting. (§8)
