489 finishers at the 11th IRT-Läufermeeting
The more than 500 pre-registrations already indicated that the 11th IRT-Läufermeeting would be a well-attended event. In the best weather, perhaps a little too warm, 487 runners crossed the finish line in the different disciplines.
In the 1 km children's and youth race, Lia Krahn (PST Trier) took first place with 3:38 and Thorge Bär (without) with 3:36. In the 5 km Rheinland-Versicherungen Trier-Jedermannlauf Lya Bourgund (LAC Veltins Hochsauerland) finished first with a time of 18:21 and Lennart Zehfeld (LC Rehlingen) with a time of 15:01(course record).
There were 169 finishers in the 10 km Bitburger 0.0% main run. Jenny Gloden (C.A. Fola) took first place in the women's race with a time of 37:40. Alexander Bock (LC Rehlingen) won the men's race in a time of 32:35, while Martin Müller of LG Meulenwald Föhren came third with a time of 33:08. However, the course records dating back to 2021 were not broken.
